Property management work makes busy phones! We have lots of walk in clients and many hours of fieldwork! Consequently, some of our staff may not always be available to answer your call immediately. We strive to have at least one office based staff member to promptly return voice messages, greet customers, answer phones and provide customer service during business hours.

When you use our web site to contact us with repair requests, look at vacancies, make comments, or to pay your rent, you get instant service, 24 hours per day.

Laura graduated from the U of U with a BS in Health Sciences in 1994. She has been a property manager in the Salt Lake area since 1983, a realtor since 1988 and proudly became a real estate broker in 2001.

Since Laura began her career, thirty years ago, as of 2013, she has the experience you need. She says, “I didn’t choose property management – it chose me. I started this company because I wanted to create an egalitarian work place which would empower both my employees and myself.”

She enjoys all aspects of property management: financial analysis, budgets, information technology, accounting, sales, legal work, interpreting statutes and regulations, building codes, property inspections, maintenance and last but most of all, PEOPLE!

Laura loves to play with her kids, cook multi-cultural food, visit museums and read about history and culture.

Savannah A. Cracraft

Savannah handles vacancy inquiries, processes rental applications, creates and places ads, signs leases with new residents and views vacant units to assess needed marketing upgrades.

Earning her real estate license, Savannah graduated from Stringham Real Estate School in 2009. She is a fabulous artist who mostly enjoys doing oil paintings and watercolors. Savannah is the person to talk to when it comes to cats, dogs, and other furry critters.

Carrie Sword-Hartz

Carrie meets with residents, manages our resident retention program, processes evictions, refunds security deposits.

Carrie was born in Silverton, Oregon and moved to Utah with her family in 1995. She gained maintenance experience while working as a professional painter for over a decade. Meanwhile, she was honing her natural administrative talent and human services skills while working as the assistant administrator in a Senior Citizen retirement center. Carrie brings her passion for special needs services tempered with her insistence on structure and organization to Partlow. Can we say more? She is brilliant.

Carrie is also a fantastic collection agent who usually is able to craft a win-win scenario with temporarily struggling residents, enabling them to pay before an eviction is filed.

Grant N Sibley

General in-field customer service and contact, Spanish-English translator, troubleshooting and general light maintenance, developing detailed proposals to owners on medium and large projects.

Iowan by birth but Texan by nature, Grant was awarded an MBA certificate from Tulane University in 2004 and brings to Partlow a 25 year background in construction, sales and customer service. Grant loves to brag about his sons, play with his grandson, work outdoors, and claims that his therapy is working in the kitchen.

Crilll Cracraft

Crilll plans the maintenance and watches over the exteriors of the properties. He makes sure the walks are not icy in the winter and that the lawns are nicely mowed in the summer. He enjoys working outdoors year round and is always ready to help a resident with a maintenance request.

Crilll’s favorite way to spend free time is with his wife and young son. With his one of a kind first name, it seems natural that Crilll is a talented multi-disciplinary artist. He plays the drums, acoustic and electric guitars- all kinds. Crilll also records his original music for Pandora, paints with oils and writes fiction. Check him out at Crilll.com!

Olivia Partlow

In the office Olivia processes applications, answers phones, files tenant bills, and keeps the office tidy. She is happy to answer questions for prospective tenants about our vacant units and company policies and to help current tenants check account balances or submit work orders.

Out of the office Olivia is a vivacious young lady who enjoys coffee with friends and studious inquiry. She is currently at University, working on her teaching degree.

Alexandra R Wilson

In the office Ali does everything that needs to happen including special research projects, massive data entry marathons and constant friendly customer service.

In her spare time, Ali has been known to haunt Hookah (think Alice in Wonderland’s caterpillar) Hangouts – smoking apple-mint-melody while watching belly dancers and eating Mediterranean food.
