Property management work makes busy phones! We have lots of walk in clients and many hours of fieldwork! Consequently, some of our staff may not always be available to answer your call immediately. We strive to have at least one office based staff member to promptly return voice messages, greet customers, answer phones and provide customer service during business hours.

When you use our web site to contact us with repair requests, look at vacancies, make comments, or to pay your rent, you get instant service, 24 hours per day.

Laura M. Partlow

Senior Partner, President,

Founded Partlow in 1995     Incorporated 2001

Laura graduated from the U of U with a BS in Health Sciences in 1994. She has been a property manager in the Salt Lake area since 1983, a realtor since 1988 and proudly became a real estate broker in 2001.

Since Laura began her career, thirty years ago, as of 2013, she has the experience you need. She says, “I didn’t choose property management – it chose me. I started this company because I wanted to create an egalitarian work place which would empower both my employees and myself.”

She enjoys all aspects of property management: financial analysis, budgets, information technology, accounting, sales, legal work, interpreting statutes and regulations, building codes, property inspections, maintenance and last but most of all, PEOPLE!

Laura loves to play with her kids, cook multi-cultural food, visit museums and read about history and culture.

Savannah A. Cracraft

Partner, Operations Manager,
Marketing Director, Realtor

Joined Partlow: June 2003

Savannah handles vacancy inquiries, processes rental applications, creates and places ads, signs leases with new residents and views vacant units to assess needed marketing upgrades.

Earning her real estate license, Savannah graduated from Stringham Real Estate School in 2009. She is a fabulous artist who mostly enjoys doing oil paintings and watercolors. Savannah is the person to talk to when it comes to cats, dogs, and other furry critters.

Olivia Partlow

Resident Services Specialist

Joined Partlow: Jan 2011

In the office Olivia meets with residents, Leads resident retention program, Processes evictions, refunds security deposits.

Olivia has been with Partlow since 2011. She is currently enrolled at Salt Lake Community College and working towards an Associates in Science. Olivia is a vegetarian and loves animals of all kinds. She has two small rescues dogs which she loves taking camping with her.

Alexandra R Wilson
a.k.a. Ali

Administrative Assistant

Joined Partlow: Dec 2010

In the office Ali does everything that needs to happen including special research projects, massive data entry marathons and constant friendly customer service.

In her spare time, Ali has been known to haunt Hookah (think Alice in Wonderland’s caterpillar) Hangouts – smoking apple-mint-melody while watching belly dancers and eating Mediterranean food.

Makenna Snyder

Administrative Assistant

Joined Partlow: April 2017

In the office Makenna answers inbound phone calls, services walk-in clients, processes applications, pays utility bills, back charges residents.

Makenna left her management position at the hip Asian fusion restaurant, Tea Bar, to join our office as the newest member Spring 2017. She was an instant resident favorite with her calm demeanor, cool vibe, and desire to help problem solve. Makenna has a passion for Vintage fashion that she shows off every day by coming in dressed to impress.

Grant N Sibley

Special Projects Coordinator

Joined Partlow: November 2010

Schedules maintenance bids, Coordinates special projects, Responds to after-hours emergency calls, delivers legal notices.

Grant joined Partlow when he moved from Texas to Salt Lake City in 2010. With him he brought a plethora of knowledge regarding all things maintenance. Grant helps with quality control, rule enforcement, and systems development. Grant loves to cook, he can often be found hosting big Texas cookouts for his family.

Eric A. Wilson

Maintenance, ACS Owner

Joined Partlow: June 2001

Eric dispatches and supervises the maintenance and cleaning crews.

Eric graduated with a BS in Business Accounting in 1995. Until 2000 he was the accounting manager for Cypress Credit Union. He manages and owns the company Apartment Cleaning Specialists. Eric loves to play Ultimate Frisbee and go on trips with his family.
